Subscribe to contact presence
Subscribe the selected logged-in device to an individual contact’s online/offline updates. Updates arrive through presence webhooks. For continuous tracking, set WHATSAPP_PRESENCE_ON_CONNECT=available and WHATSAPP_PRESENCE_PULSE_ENABLED=false. Keeping the device available suppresses phone push notifications.
